Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: UPDATE! As long as I remember to charge the batteries and don't accidently run it through the washing machine (which I actually did once), you can reach me by wireless airmagic at 954-744-6922 to confirm the status of your order.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We charge you the actual cost of shipping, but do require tracking and insurance to protect us both! No telling where that delivery driver will end up - he has been known to get lost in the Woods and we can't follow him to your door! There are no additional handling charges. In cases where we have to estimate the costs and they are actually less than estimated, we will refund any difference (if $1.00 or more).
